Easy sashimi at home with that glacier fresh water High Country Salmon taste!
We've done all the hard work - removing the skin and cutting out the pin bones. You just need to slice and serve. The fish is harvested, processed and dispatched the same day so is great as sashimi for two days from delivery, after that it can be used in cooking.
Each fillet is prepared, trimmed and vacuum packed for transport. Actual weight will be within 100g of size ordered. We pack all our product in polystyrene boxes with ice gel packs to ensure the fish stays well chilled during delivery.
Due to smaller harvests currently, variation of product sizes may occur – we apologise for any inconvenience but we will always try to supply more weight of product rather than less. We may have to top up your order with a different variant to complete your order.
Deliveries are available to all addresses Tuesday-Friday. Saturday delivery only available to certain addresses.
Due to high volumes of orders, we are trying to get your salmon dispatched within 2 days of ordering (except weekend orders which may take longer).
