Easy sashimi at home with that glacier fresh water High Country Salmon taste!
We've done all the hard work - removing the skin and cutting out the pin bones. You just need to slice and serve. The fish is harvested, processed and dispatched the same day so is great as sashimi for two days from delivery, after that it can be used in cooking.
Each fillet is prepared, trimmed and vacuum packed for transport. Actual weight will be within 100g of size ordered. We pack all our product with ice gel packs to ensure the fish stays well chilled during delivery. There is a 3 day use-by date on sashimi fillets - this is the timeframe that we recommend eating it as sashimi. If it is after this date, you can cook and eat it within a further 3 days.
Deliveries are available to most addresses Tuesday-Friday. Saturday delivery only available to certain addresses.
