Two beautiful fillets getting ready for Christmas - some cured, some smoked, and the last lots ready to cook on the day. Gorgeous fish, easy ordering and delivery, very happy and will order again.
Sounds like you've got all bases covered Lyndsay! Have a great day and glad High Country Salmon is able to be part of it :) Jeni Logan, Managing Director, High Country Salmon

Hi Henry - you've been buying our salmon for a few years now! I appreciate you taking the time to leave a great review - we're so glad we continue to please and thank you for your continued support. Merry Christmas from all of us here at High Country Salmon. Jeni Logan, Managing Director
The salmon arrived in tip-top condition. It looks amazing. We can’t wait to try it on Christmas Day.
Awesome Louise! My top tip if you put these fillets in the freezer - defrost them slowly in the fridge over 24hrs and they'll revert to fresh quality taste and texture. Enjoy! Jeni Logan, Managing Director, High Country Salmon
Thanks for salmon it came this morning , and I'm very satisfied with the quality you have given us.
So I'll see you next Christmas for the same order.
Merry Christmas 🎅 you and staff at High Country salmon and new year.
Thanks Byron - for taking the time to leave a great review and to wish our hard-working team a Merry Christmas. Hope you have a great 2026 - and we look forward to treating you again next Christmas :) Kind regards, Jeni Logan, Managing Director, High Country Salmon
Again a wonderful eating experience. It’s easy to cut into fillets and freeze what we aren’t using immediately.
Hi Bronwyn - sounds like you're hooked! The salmon keeps so well in the freezer - my number one tip is to defrost slowly in the fridge for 24hrs and then it reverts to fresh quality and taste! ;) Merry Christmas to you, Jeni Logan, Managing Director, High Country Salmon
