High Country Salmon fillets are fresh harvested and individually vacuum packed for trouble-free storage in your fridge or freezer.  They are skin-on, bone-in fillets.  Actual weight will be within 100g of size ordered.

All products are shipped with ice gel packs to keep the salmon chilled during the courier delivery.  Freight is now charged by weight.  Please see our Shipping Rates page for more information.

It's a must-do activity in Twizel!

Had fun fishing on the farm. Our instructor gave us so much information about fishing; she was very helpful. I was able to make a catch the moment I threw the gear and caught a 3.8kg salmon. What an awesome experience! It's a must-do activity when you visit Twizel.
