High Country Salmon fillets are fresh harvested and individually vacuum packed for trouble-free storage in your fridge or freezer. They are skin-on, bone-in fillets. Actual weight will be within 100g of size ordered.

All products are shipped with ice gel packs to keep the salmon chilled during the courier delivery. Deliveries are available to most addresses Tuesday-Friday. Saturday delivery is only available to certain addresses. Please choose an available delivery date in your cart.

Excellent quality super fresh salmon fillets delivered to your door. In my belly within 2 days of being caught. I can buy from the supermarket no more. Taste is incomparable.

Great As Usual

Best way to buy salmon and so fresh. Great service . However this time just by chance I checked tracking Post Haste had delivered it to another client 3hours before. They did redeliver it within a couple of hours of me calling.
