Talk & Taste

Our 30-minute Talk & Taste experience is open for bookings 9am to 4pm daily

Cost: $180 per group (max 10 people), Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Talks are held outside, so make sure you dress for the weather!

What's included:

  • Interactive and educational talk about our history and farming salmon
  • Salmon anatomy, filleting and sashimi preparation demonstrations
  • A chance to taste the freshly cut sashimi!

Farm Talks

Our 15-minute Farm Talk experience is open for bookings 9am to 4pm daily
