Talk & Taste Experience

Want to know about salmon, sustainable aquaculture, and the history of our family farm? 

In this interactive and educational session, we will let you know about our farm, our salmon, our practices and our people. Along with a salmon dissection and a filleting demonstration, this 30-minute Experience is rounded off with a taste of our freshest sashimi!

This Talk & Taste Experience is ideal for tour groups, school groups, families and individuals alike.  Grab your friends as it is priced per session at $180, with a maximum of 10 people per group.  At checkout, please let us know in the "Order Special Instructions" comment, how many people in your group and anything else we need to know to be ready for you. It is available daily in our activity area, with bookings open from 9am to 5pm.
