High Country Salmon is a boutique, 100% New Zealand family owned salmon farm, situated in the glacial waters of Wairepo Arm, in the Mackenzie District hydro canals. We grow and sell glacial mountain salmon (Chinook) in this pristine environment in a natural and sustainable way.
