Shipping Policy

We only ship within New Zealand.

Orders incur a shipping cost chosen by you (the customer) at the time of checkout, based on your geographic location.  If the incorrect shipping rate has been chosen by you, this may result in a delay of shipment of your order and an extra fee may be requested.  Go to our FAQ page to view current rates.

Shipping is overnight to non-rural addresses.

Next day dispatch is only available when order demand is low.  Once dispatched, orders will be delivered the next day. There is a 2-day delay for dispatch on pin boned products due to extra time needed to rest fillets.  Estimated shipping times are included in the product descriptions.

Delivery days are Tuesday - Friday.  No deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or Mondays.  If you want to order in advance of the date picker calendar, please contact our sales team to arrange the correct delivery date.

Rural addresses may have delivery delays and cannot be delivered on Saturdays.  For these reasons rural orders will only be dispatched Monday - Wednesday.  If you have a rural address, only choose Tuesday - Thursday as your delivery day so that a one day delay will still be able to be delivered.
