Refund policy
Returns
Perishable goods including salmon products cannot be returned. If you have an issue with your order on arrival, you need to contact us immediately and our sales team will discuss if a return of the product is required. Phone 0800 400 385 or 021 400 385.
Catch-A-Fish Guiding charges can be refunded up until 48 hours before the booking time. If you would like to cancel a Catch-A-Fish booking, please phone 0800 400 385 or 021 400 385, or email sales@highcountrysalmon.co.nz at least 48 hours before your booked time.
Replacements
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your product was damaged in transit or our sales team have ascertained that the products delivered were not of an acceptable quality, we will organise for a replacement order to be dispatched. You will need to contact us immediately on 0800 400 385 or 021 400 385 if you have any issues with your product on delivery. The sales team may request photos of the damaged or defective products as proof of damage or defects - you will need to do this if a replacement order is to be approved.
Sale items
Sale items may sell out before the end of the promotional period. There may be limited stock numbers of sale items and we are not obliged to increase the number of items in the case of a sell out.
Shipping
If our sales team have requested that your damaged or defective products be returned, they will organise a courier pick-up.
