Our cafe team have created unique and flavoursome menus to serve in the cafe. The focus is on giving our customers the "Glacier to Plate" experience, where we use a variety of cooking techniques to best highlight the clean flavour profile of our salmon. Whether it is raw, marinated, cooked, smoked or cured, there is something for everyone! Vegetarian and chicken versions are also available. Our cabinet is also stocked with ready-to-eat options.
