Shipping Rates

The way we charge for shipping has now changed.  To calculate the weight of your order, just add up the weights of all the products in your cart.  The weight is listed at the bottom of each product description, but don't worry - total is automatically calculated at checkout!

Example:

An order containing 2 x 1.3kg, standard fillets, 3 x 500g pieces, 1 x 1.2kg sashimi fillet, and 2 x 300g smoked varieties, going to the South Island is calculated as:

• 2.6kg + 1.5kg + 1.2kg + 600g = 5.9kg 
• This is under 6kg so will cost $17.50.

South Island Rates:

Up to 3kg = $14.00

Over 3kg & under 6kg = $17.50

6kg & under 10kg = $24.00

10kg & under 19kg = $31.00

19kg & under 26kg = $41.00

26kg & up to 38kg = $62.00

North Island Rates:

Up to 3kg = $24.00

Over 3kg & under 6kg = $34.00

6kg & under 10kg = $46.00

10kg & under 19kg = $57.00

19kg & under 26kg = $91.00

26kg & up to 38kg = $114.00

Rural Deliveries: 

Whilst we are able to deliver to rural addresses, we don't recommend this option as we can't guarantee overnight delivery.  We recommend sending your order to an urban address or a business and picking it up from there.

If you do choose to a rural address, please don't choose a Friday delivery - just in case your order does take two shipping days.  There is an additional $6.50 added to the standard shipping cost.  For packages over 19kg, two rural tickets are required, so an additional $13.00 is added to the standard rates.
