Recipes Using Gravadlax

While there are only a small number of recipes here using our gravadlax, take a look at the recipes using cold smoked salmon.  The texture of gravadlax and cold smoked salmon is the same, so unless you want a distinctive smoky flavour, you can use gravadlax in all of the cold smoked recipes.
