High Country whole salmon, freshly gilled and gutted. Actual weight will be within 200g of size ordered. Small fish 2 packs weigh between 1.3kg and 1.6kg.
All products are shipped overnight with ice gel packs to keep the salmon chilled during the courier delivery. Freight is now charged by weight. Please see our Shipping Rates page for more information.

The salmon was fresh when delivered. When filleted, I cut it into serving size put them in the Glad snap lock bags and put them in the fridge freezer. Then if I want to cook, I will take out of the freezer a snap lock bag, run it with cold water for 20 minutes, place the thawed salmon in a plate, springle it with paper and salt and lemon juice , cook it in the microwave for 2min& 30seconds . Serve. Super delicious, guaranteed.
