High Country whole salmon, freshly gilled and gutted. Actual weight will be within 200g of size ordered. Small fish 2 packs weigh between 1.3kg and 1.6kg.
All products are shipped overnight with ice gel packs to keep the salmon chilled during the courier delivery. Freight is now charged by weight. Please see our Shipping Rates page for more information.

Second time ordering online with Highcountry salmon. Brought a whole salmon , it was succulent and fresh. The salmon was divided into fillets , some was cooked on the and the rest was frozen for several meals. Delivery to North island was efficient and hassle-free!
