High Country whole salmon, freshly gilled and gutted. Actual weight will be within 200g of size ordered. Small fish 2 packs weigh between 1.3kg and 1.6kg.
All products are shipped overnight with ice gel packs to keep the salmon chilled during the courier delivery. Freight is now charged by weight. Please see our Shipping Rates page for more information.

Always the best from high country salmon farm. I was able to make 3 plates of sashimi from this so fresh and delicious and a full oven tray for the baked salmon, crispy salmon skins.
I froze the head and the frame for salmon soup we always make, and I was able to make 2 batches for this.
I never buy salmon from groceries anymore. Worth the buy, always fresh and delicious. This is already my 4th time ordering here. will always come back for more.

The salmon is incredibly fresh, and my children always look forward to it.
We sometimes buy a whole salmon from the supermarket, but compared to that, this salmon tastes significantly better after being thawed. The flavor and quality are on a completely different level.
Although we have to pay for shipping because we live far away, we really appreciate the overnight delivery service. It’s wonderful to be able to receive it so quickly. When I order together with a friend, it ends up being more affordable even after including the shipping cost, which I really appreciate.
