1kg bag. NB this product is the trimmings created when preparing our fillets and contains many bones but also the goodness of the fresh fillet cut with it. Cook by deep frying or air frying until crisp and crunchy, or use to create nutritious fish stock.
CONTAINS BONES. Fresh, not frozen.
All products are shipped overnight with ice gel packs to keep the salmon chilled during the courier delivery. Freight is now charged by weight. Please see our Shipping Rates page for more information.

We’re sorry the trimmings didn't meet your expectations. Just to clarify, our description does note that these are offcuts from the fillets and naturally contain many bones (plus some fat and connective tissue).

These trimmings, originally ordered for my cats has so much meat that we had our share as well. These were amazing as we made salmon pancakes with them after we quick roast them and deboned them. Definitely worth buying and will buy more. Cats totally enjoyed them too.

I blitzed the salmon trimmings with bones in the food processor. The mince/paste came out better than I thought it would. Used it to make salmon cakes which were devine!!! Excellent value for money
That's great thanks Lily. Our trimmings are certainly a cheap way to buy salmon and it sounds like you have found an excellent way to use them. I think we will all be trying that idea.
