High Country Salmon cured in a Scandinavian-style, flavoured with dill, mustard and vodka. Smooth, velvety texture. Needs to be sliced with a sharp knife.
All products are shipped overnight with ice gel packs to keep the salmon chilled during the courier delivery. Freight is now charged by weight. Please see our Shipping Rates page for more information.

Have ordered this on numerous occasions and it never waivers in quality. Delivery is always reliable (overnight) considering the travel from Omarama to Tauranga is a decent journey.
