High Country Salmon cured in a Scandinavian-style, flavoured with dill, mustard and vodka. Smooth, velvety texture. Needs to be sliced with a sharp knife.
All products are shipped overnight with ice gel packs to keep the salmon chilled during the courier delivery. Freight is now charged by weight. Please see our Shipping Rates page for more information.

We do actually offer sliced salmon, but only through our on‑site Fish Shop. It’s a very limited product and usually sells out quickly, which is why it’s not available online. If you’re ever passing through, we’d love to slice some fresh for you.

I was worried that the salmon would not stay cold as the freight time was longer than over night, however my concerns were unwarranted, the salmon arrived safely still nice and cold and it was AMAZING! So clean a fresh tasting, loved the cured salmon much much better than the average smoked salmon, we had it with cream cheese with horseradish and salmon caviar yuuummmy
