High Country salmon that has been cured with beetroot then smoked at a low temperature, resulting in a smooth, velvety texture similar to raw salmon. The beetroot adds a slight earthy flavour and a spectacular colour to the salmon. Actual weight will be within 50g of size ordered.
This is a summer product, available October to March!
All products are shipped with ice gel packs to keep the salmon chilled during the courier delivery. Freight is now charged by weight. Please see our Shipping Rates page for more information.

Phenomenal! Lied to hubby and said it was all gone so I could finish it off...but ended up sharing the last precious morsels coz he's the reason I bought it. Will get the 500g next time

When I found this as a new feature, I was like 'Beetroot'? But it was just amazing. Because of its colour, it looks like Tuna and the taste was SO GOOD! The texture was chewy soft and so flavourful. We made a Poke bowl as well as salad with cream cheese. It was just perfect.
