High Country whole salmon, freshly gilled and gutted. Actual weight will be within 200g of size ordered. Small fish 2 packs weigh between 1.3kg and 1.6kg.
All products are shipped overnight with ice gel packs to keep the salmon chilled during the courier delivery. Freight is now charged by weight. Please see our Shipping Rates page for more information.

We brought 3 x 3 kg fresh salmon and had them sent up to Helensville, north of Auckland. They came overnight and the ice packs were still frozen when they got here. They looked amazing. We are going to brine one to smoke and have put the other two in the freezer. Hopefully they will be great.

I always fillet it, remove the bones, portion it into suitable sizes, vacuum-seal them for the freezer, and even roast the frame in my air fryer—it’s always superb for sushi and sashimi.
I've been a long-time, loyal customer and truly appreciate the quality. My only slight concern is that sometimes the delivery arrives around 5 PM, and the ice packs are fully melted.
Would it be possible to kindly request the courier company to arrange for a morning delivery? This would help keep the contents perfectly chilled.

With regard to the delivery time, we can do our best to help with this. If you pop in your notes that you would like it delivered in the morning, it will then go onto the courier label and we will highlight it for them. Hopefully this will help.
