Easy sashimi at home with that glacier fresh water High Country Salmon taste!
We've done all the hard work - removing the skin and cutting out the pin bones. You just need to slice and serve. The fish is harvested, processed and dispatched the same day so is great as sashimi for two days from delivery, after that it can be used in cooking.
Each fillet is prepared, trimmed and vacuum packed for transport. Actual weight will be within 100g of size ordered. We pack all our product with ice gel packs to ensure the fish stays well chilled during delivery.
With our current workload we are dispatching your salmon within 3-4 days of ordering (except weekend orders which may take longer).
Deliveries are available to most addresses Tuesday-Friday. Saturday delivery only available to certain addresses.
