Fresh salmon wings - the fin and meat from behind the collar. Sold in 1kg vacuum packs containing approximately 6 - 8 wings. Marinate and bake, or use in soup or stock.
All products are shipped overnight with ice gel packs to keep the salmon chilled during the courier delivery. Freight is now charged by weight. Please see our Shipping Rates page for more information.

Thank you for letting us know. I am sorry you felt you had to give us a one star review because your order has not yet arrived. I’ve checked the tracking for your order, and it is currently at your local depot awaiting the courier driver. Delivery was scheduled for today, and it is still expected to arrive this afternoon. I will continue to monitor progress until it reaches you.
Once the parcel leaves us, it is unfortunately outside our control and in the hands of the courier network.
