All products are shipped overnight with ice gel packs to keep the salmon chilled during the courier delivery. Freight is now charged by weight. Please see our Shipping Rates page for more information.

Second time ordering online with Highcountry salmon. Brought a whole salmon , it was succulent and fresh. The salmon was divided into fillets , some was cooked on the and the rest was frozen for several meals. Delivery to North island was efficient and hassle-free! Would highly recommend Highcountry salmon!

Always the best from high country salmon farm. I was able to make 3 plates of sashimi from this so fresh and delicious and a full oven tray for the baked salmon, crispy salmon skins.
I froze the head and the frame for salmon soup we always make, and I was able to make 2 batches for this.
I never buy salmon from groceries anymore. Worth the buy, always fresh and delicious. This is already my 4th time ordering here. will always come back for more.
