A new addition to our smoked and cured range - cold smoked salmon with truffle! If your are a truffle-fan, this is the product for you! After dry-brining, the salmon is sprinkled with truffle zest (black summer truffle & natural carob powder), then cold smoked. Actual weight will be within 50g of size ordered.
This is a winter product, available May to October!
All products are shipped overnight with ice gel packs to keep the salmon chilled during the courier delivery. Freight is now charged by weight. Please see our Shipping Rates page for more information.

The salmon is delicious - needs to be skinned and sliced before serving on crackers with a bit of tartare sauce, and then it is divine.
