Available in 250g (2-3 steaks) or 500g (3-5 steaks) vacuum packs. Great for the BBQ or baked in the oven. Contains a central bone and may contain pin bones. Weight will be within 20g of amount ordered.

All products are shipped with ice gel packs to keep the salmon chilled during the courier delivery. Freight is now charged by weight. Please see our Shipping Rates page for more information.

Very convenient. I just sprinkle with pepper, salt, lemon zest n bake I'm micro oven. Since I live alone, I am tired of cooking so salmon ( steaks, pieces, etc) is best n convenient for me. Loving the fresh taste n fast delivery

Love these salmon steaks, you can cook them so many ways from the pan, bbq to the oven. I even cooked my last lot in a pan ontop of the camping cooker!
