Available in 250g (2-3 steaks) or 500g (3-5 steaks) vacuum packs. Great for the BBQ or baked in the oven. Contains a central bone and may contain pin bones. Weight will be within 20g of amount ordered.
All products are shipped overnight with ice gel packs to keep the salmon chilled during the courier delivery. Freight is now charged by weight. Please see our Shipping Rates page for more information.

Don't buy this is you do not like bones. The sizes was smaller than I had expected but likely my own fault for that. Still taste amazing. Thank you.
Thanks for your feedback on the steaks AJ. I am sorry to hear this caught you off guard with the bones and the size. Salmon steaks are cut crosswise through the whole fish (including the backbone and pin bones), which gives them that classic 'steak' appearance and often a richer flavour from the bone — but we completely understand that many people expect boneless portions, especially if they're more used to fillets.
Our pinboned portions could possibly be a better choice for you if you are looking for something boneless. We always appreciate constructive feedback and hope that this has helped in your understanding of the steaks as a product.
