Salt-brined free-flowing salmon roe = caviar! 80g jars - sold frozen. These are fabulous to add as a garnish to meals or just eat straight from the jar with a spoon! Continue to thaw in fridge and enjoy within 48 hours.
Due to excellent salmon farming practices, there is a very limited stock of caviar and once it's gone, there won't be any until June/July next year!
All products are shipped with ice gel packs to keep the salmon chilled during the courier delivery. Freight is now charged by weight. Allow a weight of 200g for this product (includes glass jar). See our Shipping Rates page for more information.

The beautiful salmon (a pinboned fillet and my favourite gravadlax!) was a kind thank you gift from a friend. Although I knew the salmon was coming, the King Caviar was a real surprise and what a treat!

Hello, have to leave a negative review. The caviar what we in Russia would call is over-ripe, at which point it is not tasty at all. It is rubbery and hard to bite. Looks pretty but it is not edible. I was planning to serve it as a canape on mini blini for my 50th and have bought 10 jars. But it just rolls off and does not stay because it is too hard. So can't use it for that purpose. It is similar to chewing plastic with no flavour. It was a waste of money for me. The service was very good thank you very much but this is not a good product. Kind regards Larissa
Hello Larissa, our caviar is not processed the same way as Russian caviar and therefore isn't the same texture or flavour. We appreciate your feedback, and like with many foods, it comes down to personal preference.
I read about the nutritional value of salmon roe and decided I had to try it for myself. It is such a rich, intense and nutritious addition to your diet. The packaging kept the product lovely and cold and I was impressed overall. Delicious!
