Skinless, boneless trim left over from preparing our premium products. Packaged in 500g bags these offcuts represent great value for stir-fries, salads, curries, soups and more! You can use wherever you would choose our premium pieces, however, note that piece sizes and colour are not consistent and as such this trim is a secondary product.
All products are shipped overnight with ice gel packs to keep the salmon chilled during the courier delivery. Freight is now charged by weight. Please see our Shipping Rates page for more information.

The salmon bits arrive very fresh. I repack them immediately into small portions then freeze them. When thawed they’re wonderful eaten fresh like sashimi, with a slight dip into tamari sauce. Yumm. Quick and easy, and no cooking. 😁

Just one small note for anyone reading this : it is always important to check the harvest date on the pack. We normally recommend enjoying salmon as sashimi within three days of harvest, and not after it has been frozen, as freezing and extended storage can change how suitable it is for raw consumption.
Of course, how you choose to prepare your salmon is entirely up to you — we just want to make sure everyone has the right information to keep things safe and delicious.
