A new addition to our smoked and cured range - Mulled Wine Cured Salmon!  If you're looking for fireside comfort this winter, this is the product for you!  Cured with red wine and sprinkled with spices, the cinnamon and star anise bring a depth of flavour that is sure to make this succulent cured salmon a seasonal hit!

This is a winter product, available May to October!

All products are shipped overnight with ice gel packs to keep the salmon chilled during the courier delivery.  Freight is now charged by weight.  Please see our Shipping Rates page for more information.
