High Country salmon that has been brined then smoked using manuka wood at a high temperature, resulting in a creamy, flaky texture similar to cooked salmon. Manuka smoking produces a stronger smoked flavour over oak wood smoking. Actual weight will be within 50g of size ordered.
All products are shipped in polystyrene bins with ice gel packs to keep the salmon chilled during the courier delivery.
With our current workload we are dispatching your salmon within 3-4 days of ordering (except weekend orders which may take longer).
Deliveries are available to most addresses Tuesday-Friday. Saturday delivery only available to certain addresses.
