High Country salmon that has been cured with gin, crushed juniper berries and lemon zest. The result is a smooth, velvety texture similar to raw salmon, with a subtle flavour that is very familiar to gin and tonic drinkers. Actual weight will be within 50g of size ordered.
This is a summer product, available October to March!
All products are shippedovernight with ice gel packs to keep the salmon chilled during the courier delivery. Freight is now charged by weight. Please see our Shipping Rates page for more information.

I love this one so so good.
What a treat! This salmon and the hot smoked thyme version were the talk of our recent charcuterie platter we made for friends. We pared with the gin pickles (potent!) and horseradish vermouth mustard. Next time, we might just keep for ourselves :)
