All products are shipped with ice gel packs to keep the salmon chilled during the courier delivery. Deliveries are available to most addresses Tuesday-Friday. Saturday delivery is only available to certain addresses. Please choose an available delivery date in your cart.

Lovely pieces which we ate fresh on the day of delivery and froze the rest. We do this with each order and eating the frozen pieces are just as tasty and fresh.

The best

We calked into High Country Salmon twice while on holiday frim Rotorua last year and bought Salmon. We loved it so much that we now buy it regularly online. It is so mu h better than what we get in the supermarkets.

This is my favourite as they are very versatile, you can use them in many ways, great value as well.

So easy to use, we made teriyaki from these and it went down a treat. My kids absolutely love salmon and these boneless pieces were perfect for them and so easy to cook.
