All products are shipped overnight with ice gel packs to keep the salmon chilled during the courier delivery. Freight is now charged by weight. Please see our Shipping Rates page for more information.

Our first order from you guys. We just can't stand the super fatty and huge fillets from the seawater farms any longer, and your salmon is exactly what we hoped for after having been customers of Mount Cook Alpine Salmon for a long time when they stopped shipping to private persons. THANK YOU. The quality is exactly what we need, and superfresh, arriving here in the Bay of Islands the day after despatch, the ice still frozen, the fish at a perfect 0degC. I ordered online and the fish arrived three days later. The fish arrived fresh and packed with ice packs. Now have filled the freezer. We had fish for tea. 😊
