High Country Salmon fillets with skin on and pinbones removed, individually vacuum packed for trouble free storage in your fridge or freezer. Actual weight will be within 100g of size ordered.

All products are shipped with ice gel packs to keep the salmon chilled during the courier delivery. Deliveries are available to most addresses Tuesday-Friday. Saturday delivery only available to certain addresses. Please choose an available delivery date in your cart.

Always Fresh. Always Delicious

High Country's pinboned salmon fillets are always a hit for dinner parties & family gatherings. Swimming only a couple hours before hitting the serving platter, you couldn't ask for fresher fish.

Salmon arrived on expected day, but did take a week from order day, so allow for that. Salmon arrived ok, but it was starting to get a creamy slime on it even though it was still ok, I expected it to be in a fresher condition. Also when cooking you don’t get that lovely salmon oil, its quite dry. 7/10

Hello Cheryl, we harvest to order which is why there is a delay between when you order and when it is possible to receive your delivery. Pinboned fillets also require a day of resting before the bones can be removed which add to this timeframe. Our freshwater salmon is different to sea farmed - firmer flesh and milder taste. This is because there are thinner bands of fat in the flesh. It's a personal preference if you like milder/less fatty salmon over stronger/fattier salmon.

Great service

The salmon fillet was perfect in every way, succulent and full of flavour. It arrived in perfect condition and on schedule. It kept well in the container for another couple of days after adding new ice packs. Our guests were impressed and are likely to become future customers. Thanks team.
