Join us at High Country Salmon for a unique outdoor experience that’s equal parts informative and delicious. Our Farm Talks give you the chance to learn how we raise our salmon in glacial waters, see expert demos up close, and enjoy a sashimi tasting at the end. It’s the perfect add-on to your visit, ideal for food lovers, families, and tour groups. It's equal parts informative and entertaining!



What to Expect

30 minute Farm Talks operate at
1.10pm Thursday to Monday (one session daily)

Cost: $30 per person (12 and under must be accompanied by an adult: 6 and under free of charge)

Talks are held outside, so make sure you dress for the weather!

What's included:

  • Entertaining and educational talk about our history and farming salmon
  • Salmon anatomy, filleting and sashimi preparation demonstrations
  • A chance to taste your freshly cut sashimi!
