High Country Salmon 160g portions with skin on and pinbones removed, vacuum packed for trouble free storage in your fridge or freezer. Available individually vac-packed, or in packs of 2 or 4.
All products are shipped overnight with ice gel packs to keep the salmon chilled during the courier delivery. Freight is now charged by weight. Please see our Shipping Rates page for more information.

Ordering is easy. Day of delivery is accurate. The salmon comes well chilled and protected. We had our first pack last night. Tasted beautiful. Did find 3 little pin bones in it however but these were easily removed. Delicious

Our Processing Department do a great job with the pinboning but it is all done by hand and that is why we put the caution on our packets that it 'may contain bones'. Enjoy the rest of your salmon.
