High Country Salmon 160g portions with skin on and pinbones removed, vacuum packed for trouble free storage in your fridge or freezer. Available individually vac-packed, or in packs of 2 or 4.
All products are shipped overnight with ice gel packs to keep the salmon chilled during the courier delivery. Freight is now charged by weight. Please see our Shipping Rates page for more information.

Unfortunately I had a bone in mine which I wasn’t looking for as it said it had been pinboned and I got it caught in the back of my throat.
Otherwise it was a really tasty fresh piece of salmon
Hi Karen - I am so sorry to hear this and I will pass on to our Processing Team and Quality Control. All of our product is processed and pinboned by hand by skilled staff but every now and again one of the little blighters gets through! Hence our disclaimer on the label that even our boneless products 'May Contain Bones' - luckily very rare though and I'm glad you enjoyed the freshness and quality of this product despite your unexpected extra. We appreciate your understanding and feel that the 3stars awarded was very fair given the circumstances and hope you do not experience this again next time!

Brought this as a gift for my parents. At first, they thought two portions would be far too much food… but it was so delicious, it definitely wasn’t! All gone in a flash (apparently). My only regret is not ordering some for myself as well. Thank you, High Country!
