We tried it as grilled teriyaki salmon and it was really good. Sizes were appropriate for lunch boxes. Right now we are debating if it's better with the skin on or without the skin

We understand the importance of that and have thoroughly explored various sustainable packing options. After a lot of testing we have found that our current polybins and plastic bags are the most effective for maintaining the freshness and quality of our products which is our main aim in ensuring customer satisfaction. That being said we do continue to explore more sustanable packinging to try and reduce our environmental impact as well as keep the high standards our customers expect. We value your feedback.
