Manaaki chutneys are a delightful addition to any salmon dish, offering a unique blend of flavors and a touch of Māori culture.  We have three of their amazing varieties available:

PIripiri Plum Chutney - Black Doris Plums, simmered with a dash of sugar and a unique peppery blend to create a sweet, spicy chutney.

Kawakawa Jelly - Aotearoa’s version of a native bush basil, with aromatic, peppery-minty flavour notes and renowned health properties. 

Horopito and Feijoa Chutney - blitzed whole Feijoas blended with Horopito, Lemon and a blend of spices to create a delectable chutney
