Designed for tour groups or events, our group set menu showcases a selection of dishes from our kitchen. The cost is $35 + GST per person ($40.25 including GST).
The group lunch currently includes:
- High Country Salmon Sushi Plank - Chef's selection of daily rolled sushi with varieties of raw salmon, cured salmon, hot and cold smoked salmon, vegetarian and katsu chicken.
- Chicken Peperonata - butterflied chicken breast cooked under a brick with peperonata, balsamic onions and salsa verde.
- Roasted Salmon Wings - with teriyaki sauce.
- Tomato & Ricotta Salad - fresh tomatoes, whipped ricotta, basil, herby croutons, crispy capers and red onion.
- Steamed Rice - with toasted sesame seeds.
Terms & Conditions:
- Booking must be made at least 3 days in advance.
- Please include a cellphone number (preferably of the group guide) so we can contact you if required.
- Lunch bookings are only available on weekdays (Monday - Friday) at 11:30am or 2:00pm.
- Menu may change at short notice due to availability of seasonal ingredients.
- Groups must arrive on time, at the time booked, or service will not be guaranteed.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking time will not be refunded.
