High Country Salmon fillets are fresh harvested and individually vacuum packed for trouble-free storage in your fridge or freezer. They are skin-on, bone-in fillets. Actual weight will be within 100g of size ordered.

All products are shipped with ice gel packs to keep the salmon chilled during the courier delivery. Freight is now charged by weight. Please see our Shipping Rates page for more information.

Good purchase as always

Excellent quality. I need to note that the tracking advice from NZ Couriers was poor. Their website advised that the package was collected from Twizel, but then nothing. I had to call the local depot to get a delivery ETA. I'd add that the locals were helpful. I suggest that HC Salmon ask NZC to improve their service, since it reflects on HCS.
