Easy sashimi at home with that glacier fresh water High Country Salmon taste!

We've done all the hard work - removing the skin and cutting out the pin bones. You just need to slice and serve. The fish is harvested, processed and dispatched the same day so is great as sashimi for two days from delivery, after that it can be used in cooking.

Each fillet is prepared, trimmed and vacuum packed for transport. We pack all our product with ice gel packs to ensure the fish stays well chilled during delivery. There is a 3 day use-by date on sashimi fillets - this is the timeframe that we recommend eating it as sashimi. If it is after this date, you can cook and eat it within a further 3 days.

Fantastic quality and service.

Ordered a sashimi salmon fillet for a birthday dinner party and was thrilled with the service. Salmon was super fresh and arrived a few hours ahead of the dinner start time. Tasted absolutely brilliant and remained fresh for another day or two. Highly recommended!

Beautiful!!!

Overall good stuff as always. However Price gone up many times (was 60 per kg. Now 88). Courier fee gone up. Yet the quality dropped. One sashimi piece was not skinned properly, and fish meat was not as firm as before. Hence a 3 star for not as good as before but good Still.
