The Fish Shop & Deli @ High Country Salmon

Opened in 2022, our Fish Shop & Deli stocks our full range of fresh, smoked and cured products.  Everything from premium whole salmon and sashimi cuts to frames, fins and trim.  There are discounted frozen products in the freezer and daily specials in the over-serve.  All salmon purchased in the Fish Shop are able to be packed with complimentary ice, to keep your items cold if you are travelling. Insulated boxes and bags are available for purchase.

  

The Fish Shop & Deli also has an amazing range of deli foods, merchandise and gifts.  Deli items such as artisan cheeses, cured meats and crackers, are perfect to pair with our salmon to create a gourmet hamper.  The condiments and sauces are specifically chosen to pair with salmon, so if you are stuck for ideas this range is sure to provide inspiration.  

  

If you'd like to have a reminder of your visit to High Country Salmon, there is branded merchandise and keepsakes available.  And what about our incredible salmon hanging from the ceiling - it's amazing!
