High Country Salmon fillets are fresh harvested and individually vacuum packed for trouble-free storage in your fridge or freezer. They are skin-on, bone-in fillets. Actual weight will be within 100g of size ordered.

All products are shipped with ice gel packs to keep the salmon chilled during the courier delivery. Deliveries are available to most addresses Tuesday-Friday. Saturday delivery is only available to certain addresses. Please choose an available delivery date in your cart.

Just Better

Never disappointed with my order. Better colour, taste and usually cheaper than our local supermarket. Proud to support a NZ company but saddened that we don't live closer to try the lunches!

Superieur quality

I appreciate the top quality of the salmon, mainly that it is seldom fatty,good colour and smells right , even after travelling in the coolbox !
Also like to support a NZ company.

Excellent Delish Value

I purchased the High Country Salmon from the first time over lockdown after recommendations from others. To say I was stoked when I received it is an understatement. Massive fillets, beautiful tasting and fantastic value for money. Highly recommended to others. Definitely have a regular out of me now, no more supermarket purchases.
