Easy sashimi at home with that glacier fresh water High Country Salmon taste!
We've done all the hard work - removing the skin and cutting out the pin bones. You just need to slice and serve.
Each fillet is prepared, trimmed and vacuum packed to give you around a kilo of top grade sashimi. We pack all our product in polystyrene boxes with ice gel packs to ensure the fish stays well chilled during delivery.
Fish is harvested, processed and dispatched the same day so is great as Sashimi for two days after delivery then can be used in cooking.
Order before 3pm weekdays and our couriers will dispatch next day to most addresses in NZ.
